  1. Prepare the Schezwan Filling

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped spring onion, capsicum, and red bell pepper. Sauté for a few minutes until they soften. Add 3 tbsp Schezwan stir-fry sauce and 100 ml water. Mix well. Add paneer cubes, salt, and black pepper powder. Cook until the paneer is well-coated with the sauce. Sprinkle 2 tbsp spring onion greens and mix. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. Prepare Spring Roll Wrappers

    In a bowl, mix 2 cups refined flour and 1/2 tsp salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Add 1 tsp oil to the dough and knead until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough into thin sheets.
  3. Assemble the Spring Rolls

    Place a small amount of shredded cabbage and carrot on each wrapper. Add a spoonful of the Schezwan filling. Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides to seal the filling. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Cook the Spring Rolls

    Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. Fry the spring rolls until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve

    Serve hot with Veeba Schezwan Dip Sauce. Enjoy your Schezwan Paneer Spring Rolls!
