Paneer Tikka Kathi Roll
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Marinate the Paneer
In a mixing bowl, combine the paneer cubes/strips with Veeba Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce. Ensure that the paneer is evenly coated with the sauce. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
-
Prepare the Fillings
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Season with a pinch of salt. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
-
Cook the Paneer
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the marinated paneer cubes/strips to the pan. Cook them until they are golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside, about 3-4 minutes per side.
-
Assemble the Kathi Rolls
Warm the wraps or parathas according to the package instructions. Place a portion of the cooked paneer in the center of each wrap or paratha. Top it with the sautéed onions and bell peppers.
-
Add Optional Toppings
If desired, add lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, or cucumber strips on top of the paneer and vegetables for added freshness and crunch.
-
Roll the Kathi Rolls
Fold the sides of the wrap or paratha over the filling, then roll it tightly into a cylinder shape, enclosing the filling completely.
-
Serve
Garnish the Paneer Tikka Kathi Rolls with fresh coriander leaves. Optionally, you can cut them in half diagonally for easy serving. Serve them hot as a delicious and satisfying meal or snack.
