  1. Marinate Paneer

    In a bowl, mix the paneer strips with salt, black pepper, and oil. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Prepare Vegetables

    Slice the mixed bell peppers. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced bell peppers, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until the peppers are slightly tender but still crunchy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Cook Paneer

    In the same pan, add the marinated paneer strips. Cook until the paneer is golden brown on all sides.
  4. Assemble Shawarma

    Warm the tortilla in a pan or microwave. Spread a layer of Veeba garlic mayonnaise on the tortilla. Add a portion of cooked bell peppers and paneer strips. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a shawarma wrap.
  5. Serve

    Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious paneer shawarma!
