  1. Prepare the Patty Mixture

    In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes. Add sweet corn, chopped coriander, and Wok Tok Garlic Chilli Chutney. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  2. Form the Patties

    Shape the mixture into small, round patties suitable for sliders.
  3. Cook the Patties

    Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the patties on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  4. Prepare the Bread

    Cut bread slices into round shapes to match the size of the patties. Toast the bread slices lightly.
  5. Assemble the Sliders

    Spread Thousand Island sandwich spread on the toasted bread slices. Place a lettuce leaf on one slice of bread. Add a patty on top of the lettuce. Top with slices of tomatoes and onions. Place another bread slice on top to complete the slider. Secure with a cherry tomato using a toothpick, if desired.
  6. Optional Toppings

    Add cheese slices for an extra layer of flavor.
    Customize with additional lettuce, tomatoes, or onions as preferred.
    Serve the corn patty sliders hot and enjoy!
