  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried noodles, thinly sliced cabbage, bell peppers, shredded carrots, and chopped spring onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Veeba Sriracha Sauce, Veeba Peri Peri Sauce, Veeba Sweet Onion Sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and salt to taste to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the noodle and vegetable mixture. Toss well to coat everything evenly with the dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning, if needed, adding more salt or sauces according to your preference.
  5. Transfer the Chinese Bhel to a serving platter or individual bowls.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and crushed peanuts, if using.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the Chinese Bhel.
