  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges or cubes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. You can flip them halfway through cooking for even browning.
  5. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the chili garlic sauce. In a small saucepan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add Veeba Garlic Chilli Sauce to the saucepan and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  7. Once the potatoes are done baking, transfer them to a serving dish. Drizzle the prepared chili garlic sauce over the potatoes, tossing gently to coat them evenly.
  8. Garnish the chili garlic potatoes with freshly chopped coriander leaves for added freshness and flavor.
  9. Serve the chili garlic potatoes with Veeba Garlic Chilli Sauce hot as a delicious appetizer or side dish. Enjoy the spicy and garlicky goodness!
  10. Feel free to adjust the amount of Veeba Garlic Chilli Sauce according to your spice preference. You can also add a squeeze of lime juice or sprinkle some chaat masala for extra flavor if desired.
