Prepare the Bread Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine 250g of all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, and 1-1/2 tsp yeast. Gradually add water and mix until a soft dough forms. Add 2 tbsp oil to the dough and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 45 minutes, or until it doubles in size. -
Prepare the Vegetable Filling
In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp Wok Tok Garlic Chilli Chutney with the chopped capsicum, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, and boiled corn. Add salt to taste and 1 tsp mixed herbs. Mix in 2 tbsp Veeba Cheese & Chilli Sandwich Spread until the vegetables are well coated. -
Assemble the Pickup Bread:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Take a baking mold and grease it with oil. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two portions. Roll out one portion of the dough to fit the base of the mold and place it evenly inside. Add the vegetable filling on top of the dough in the mold. Roll out the second portion of the dough and cover the filling, sealing the edges well. Let the assembled bread proof for an additional 20 minutes. -
Bake the Bread
Before baking, brush the top of the bread with milk for a golden finish. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and brush with a little oil to give it a nice shine. -
Prepare the Dip
In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp pizza topping creamy tomato with 1 tsp mixed herbs and 2 tbsp olive oil. Stir well to combine. -
Serve
