  1. For the Falafel

    In a food processor, combine the cooked chickpeas, chopped garlic cloves, salt to taste, red chilli powder, and blended cumin powder. Blend until you get a coarse mixture. You want the mixture to hold together but still have some texture. Take spoonfuls of the falafel batter and shape them into small patties or balls. Press them gently to flatten slightly. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the falafel patties to the pan. Cook them until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides, flipping them halfway through cooking. This should take about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. For the Wrap

    Warm up a tortilla or a large roti on a skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds until it's soft and pliable. Place lettuce leaves on the center of the tortilla or roti. Add sliced onions on top of the lettuce. Carefully place the cooked falafel patties on top of the onions. Add 1 tablespoon of Veeba Garlic Mayonnaise over the falafel.
  3. Wrap it Up

    Fold the sides of the tortilla or roti over the filling, then roll it up tightly from bottom to top to form a wrap.
  4. Serve
