  1. Prepare the Bruschetta

    In a mixing bowl, combine green zucchini, carrot, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, and cauliflower. Add Veeba pasta and pizza sauce, sliced garlic, chopped green chili, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and chopped parsley. Mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C
  2. Prepare the Mayo Mixture

    In a small bowl, combine Veeba Eggless Mayonnaise, chopped parsley, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Prepare the Kulcha Dough

    In a large mixing bowl, combine refined flour, baking soda, and butter. Gradually add water and curd to form a dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into small flatbreads. Sprinkle onion seeds, chili powder, and chopped coriander on top of each flatbread.
  4. Assemble the Kulcha Bruschetta

    Spread the mayo mixture on the baked kulchas. Top with the roasted bruschetta vegetables. Place cheese strips on top and bake in the oven until the cheese melts. Serve warm and enjoy your Kulcha Bruschetta! Enjoy your delicious Kulcha Bruschetta!
