  1. In a bowl, mix the finely chopped capsicum, chopped spring onion, and chopped lettuce.
  2. Evenly spread 1 tsp of Veeba carrot & cucumber sandwich spread on each chapati.
  3. Place a portion of the prepared vegetable mixture in the center of each chapati.
  4. Carefully roll the chapati tightly, folding in the sides as you go to ensure the filling stays inside.
  5. Cut the roll in half if desired, and serve immediately. You can also secure the roll with a toothpick to hold it together
  6. Serve with a side of chutney or an additional sandwich spread for dipping.
  7. Enjoy your tasty and healthy chapati rolls!
